Wedding Reservation Policy Terms and Conditions : The prices are nett including 21% government tax and service charge Prices are subject to change without prior notice Wedding at Lunch hours : 11 am to 2 pm Wedding at Dinner hours : 6 pm to 9 pm Additional electricity usage will be charged accordingly Method of Payment Non-refundable IDR 5,000,000 down payment is required to confirm the space booking within one week after the booking confirmation 50% of the total remaining estimation expenses are required 3 (three) months prior to the event 75% of the total remaining estimation expenses are required 2 (two) months prior to the event Full payment of the total remaining expenses are to be settled 1 (one) month prior to the event All additional expenses occured on the date of the event are to be settled directly after the event Cancellation Policy : 50% of the total estimated expenses will be applied should cancellation occur 2 (two) months prior to the event 100% of the total estimated expenses will be applied should cancellation occur less than 1 (one) month prior to the event Should a postponement date not available, the hotel reserves the right to apply the above cancellation fees
