Wedding Reservation Policy

Terms and Conditions :
The above packages are inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge.
Wedding at Lunch hours : 11.00 am – 2.00 pm.
Wedding at Dinner hours : 06.00 pm – 09.00 pm.
Additional electricity usage will be charged accordingly.
Price is subject to change without prior notice. The Management reserves the right to terminate or amend promotional details without prior notice.
An agreement contract shall be made once the arrangement has been confirmed.
Upon confirmation, a down payment of 25% of the total transaction is required in order to reserve the date and venue.
In case of cancellation or postponement, deposit is non refundable.
Second payment of 50% of the total transaction should be paid within 3 (90days) months prior to the event.
Third payment of 75% of the total transaction should be paid within 2 (60days) months prior to the event.
A final payment should be made to Gumilang Regency Hotel within 7 (seven) working days prior to the event.
Should there be any additional charges; the payment must be settled on the day of the event.
Cancellation Policy :
Please ensure that any cancellation is advised immediately preferable in writing.
Should a cancellation occur after the function is confirmed, cancellation fee will be charged accordingly as below:
  • After confirmation and payment of the booking fee has been made, down payment will be non refundable and non transferable to any other functions or social events.
  • 50% of the total transaction will be charged should the function is cancelled within 2 (60days) months prior to the event.
  • 100% of the total transaction will be charged should the function is cancelled within 1 (30days) month or less prior to the event.
Force Major :
If both parties are not able to fulfill their obligations due to any acts of God or to accident such as riots, strikes or any other events in which both parties have no control over, the agreement may be terminated by either party with prior notice. We will then help to make other alternative of arrangements according to our capacity and the payment made can not be refunded and can not be transferred.
Outsourced Service / Event Organizer :
You are responsible to pay all costs for damage caused by you or your guest or your Event Organizer to any of the Hotel furniture or belongings.
Usage of damaging items such as nails, tapes direct to the function room’s wall is prohibited. Damage caused by negligence will be charged based on the actual repair cost
Event organizer should report to our Security before entering our premises to obtain the property pass. Our Banquet Sales will issue an entry pass letter before the event.
